01 Our Beeswax
Uncommon Bees
Uncommon Bees is a family run homestead and apiary in Texas. Their bees are at the heart of everything they do, and they are working to help repopulate our pollinators.
They only harvest what isn't needed by the hive. That means the hive always comes first, and the beeswax that reaches us is what the bees could spare. It is the only kind we want in our candles, wax melts, and some of our body products.
02 Our Essential Oils
Simply Earth
Simply Earth works with small, family owned farms around the world to source small batch, pure essential oils that are purity tested. They make sure the oils are undiluted and produced in small batches, unlike many brands that put quantity ahead of quality.
Their commitment goes beyond the bottle. Simply Earth is devoted to a mission of rehabilitating women rescued from human trafficking. We deeply value their care for the emotional and mental health needs of women who have experienced severe trauma, and we are proud that our oils come from a company that serves people this way.
The organizations Simply Earth supports
An international organization that reaches out to, rescues, and restores people harmed by sex trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation, and offers women and children a path to rediscover their dignity and rebuild their lives in their community.
Works alongside community members to provide awareness, education, services, and safe housing for survivors of human trafficking in Idaho, so they have room to heal, recover, and become independent.
03 Our Clean Fragrance Oils
Scented Flame Candle
Scented Flame Candle is a small, women owned business in Ohio. Their PureChoice line of fragrance oils is unique because each oil is blended with essential oils, and is phthalate free, paraben free, and California Prop 65 compliant.
They help us create candles and wax melts that fill a room beautifully without asking your lungs to pay for it.
Safe by intention
We research which oils are safe to burn, and which are not.
Every blend and product is made with intention and designed to be as safe as possible. What we use depends on how you use it.
For blends designed for physical wellness that are applied directly to the body or inhaled, we strictly use pure essential oils. Nothing else.
Some essential oils are not safe to burn or breathe when heated. So in our candles and wax melts, some blends pair PureChoice oils with essential oils. You get the best overall experience, without the irritated lungs.
