International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.
Tracking and Delivery
Once your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, since we cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that was entered in error.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email pictures of the damage to hello@blissfully-rooted.com. We will send a replacement within 48 hours of receiving your request and documentation, and you do not need to ship the original item back. See our Return Policy for full details.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, or it has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will help look into it.
